Presbyterian Homes & Services Johanna Shores to be completed December 2016. Senior housing builder Presbyterian Homes has set a spring construction start for the Johanna Shores Brownstones, a two-building second phase at its Johanna Shores campus redevelopment project in Arden Hills.

Presbyterian Homes, which has been on the 23-acre site since 1955, launched a large-scale redevelopment effort there in late 2011. Its new amenities include a 38,000-square-foot town center, featuring a conservatory, wellness center, movie theater, chapel, classrooms, library, salon and bistro. Learn more!
