Property Tax Value vs. Market Value
I have had quite a few questions about property tax values as we are currently receiving our tax statements for 2014. The department of revenue has created a fact sheet to try to dispel the myths we believe about the link between property tax value and market value. They are NOT the same thing. A great illustration to go with this! I got it from my good friend back in 2007. . .not much has changed!
