We live in Minnesota and I LOVE it here. I am a big fan of winter sports and just being outside in the snow but the winter can get long and I treasure every sunny day that comes along during those winter months. One thing that is very easy to overlook as you make your way through several homes in the home buying process is the amount of natural light you experience within the living spaces at different times throughout the day. It is important to think through what times of day you will be using the spaces to make sure you are aware of how much sunshine you will get as you use them so you will know what to expect when you move in. If you suffer from seasonal affective disorder this can be especially important to consider. That is my tip for you for today! Happy house hunting!
